Ebay's Broken Security Centre

Yesterday I found my eBay account was hacked, well done to the perpetrator, sadly he (or even she) did not manage to mess anything up. They tried to sell a couple of DVDs, but I managed to cancel them before any bids were made. So naturally, I thought I better sort out my accounts security.

My password did just happen to be dictionary based, so I guess it was all set up for hacking; although, I doubt the hacker will have such luck with my new password. Anyway, I double checked my email accounts and surprisingly they were nice and safe, so I decided to give eBay's security centre a shot.

After navigating my way through, I found the page I wanted, now find the error. Try clicking on "Email us via this link if you can sign in to your account."

I get this message, from home and from University.

Input Error
There was an error in your input. Please go back and ensure that all fields are properly filled in.

Now proceed to get irate, how on earth can you have a broken link on a page such as this one? Imagine if your bank's online service was the same! This isn't even a browser specific error, both Firefox and Internet Explorer cannot follow the link correctly.

Well done eBay! Get your security centre working in the future!

I had my hotmail account hacked, thankfully there was nothing of a secure nature in there ie passwords for other things etc but its soo annoying, you were lucky that you managed to get it back in the end before they did any damage!

I had my hotmail account hacked also. Luckily it wasn't my main account.
